The following disclosures are made for SOLARI paid plans under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (advertising for mail-order sales).

Japanese consumption tax applies only to customers resident in Japan and is added at checkout, at 10% of the listed price.
We cannot issue a Japanese qualified invoice (tekikaku seikyusho) yet. We will announce it on this page once the registration is complete.
One tool call consumes one credit. When credits run out, buy a top-up, upgrade to a higher plan, or start a new billing period on the same plan to continue.
Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
Top-up credits can be bought from the billing screen (https://solari.brandazine.com/me/billing) by customers on an active paid plan (Entry or Pro). The price of a pack is its credit count at the per-credit rate of the plan you are on, and you can buy 1 to 10 packs per checkout.
Fees other than the product price: Internet access and data charges are the customer's responsibility.
Foreign transaction fees and exchange rates are set by the customer's card issuer.
Payment methods: Credit card, processed by Stripe
Only the payment methods shown at checkout are accepted.
Payment timing: The first period is charged when you subscribe, and every following period is charged automatically on the same day of each month.
A top-up is a one-time purchase, charged in full at the moment you buy it. It does not create a recurring charge.
An upgrade or a same-plan renewal charges the full plan price at that moment, and that day becomes the new billing date.
A downgrade takes effect from the next billing date.
Delivery of service: Available immediately after payment. Credits are granted at the moment payment completes.
Top-up credits are also granted at the moment payment completes, and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Credits that expire sooner are used first.
Returns and cancellation: Because this is a digital service, payments are non-refundable once completed.
You can cancel at any time from the billing screen of your SOLARI account (https://solari.brandazine.com/me/billing) using "Manage payment & cancellation". After cancelling, you are not charged from the next billing date onward, and until that date "Keep my plan" on the same screen undoes the scheduled cancellation.
Credits already granted remain usable until they expire. Unused credits are not refunded.
A top-up is non-refundable once payment completes. Used credits are never refunded, and how any unused portion is handled is decided at our discretion on request. Top-up credits you have bought stay usable until they expire, even after you cancel.
The cooling-off right does not apply to mail-order sales under Japanese law.
If the service has a material defect, contact the email address above and we will address it individually.
System requirements: An operating system that runs the SOLARI CLI (macOS, Windows, Linux), or an AI client that supports MCP

Free trial: 30 days and 5,000 credits from completed card setup, free of charge.
Card setup does not charge the card. The card issuer may request an additional verification step when needed.
It stops automatically when the 30 days end or the credits run out; it never converts to a paid plan on its own.
One trial per account. A verified email address is required.
